The Davenport Society

The Davenport Society is a select group of financial supporters who have greatly invested in the mission of the Kentucky School of Art: to open the doors to a creative and productive life through a higher education in the visual arts.

The Davenport Society honors Churchill Davenport, the school’s visionary, founder and current chancellor. He represents the highest dedication to education, the arts, our students, and the community. The Davenport Society hopes to foster a sense of commitment to the Kentucky School of Art’s mission, while giving members an insight into the inner workings of Louisville’s only dedicated art school.

Members will receive special communications and invitations to exclusive KSA events throughout the year. As an added benefit, all members’ names will be recognized in the halls of our school to serve as inspiration to our students, reminding them of the overwhelming support the community has invested in their futures.
