“In My Current Addiction: Acoustic Landscapes” by Valerie Sullivan-Fuchs. The work in the exhibition explored the current ability to quickly make or shape the natural world through genetics, chemicals, and industrialization.

“What took millions of years to build naturally, like a river or a mountain, can be destroyed in a few months. And how eventually, these same processes or tools, as Marshall McLuhan describes it, “‘medium’, will change not only our perceptions but also how we develop physiologically, psychologically and culturally.
