For the last ten years my work has been about how to remove the viewer from his/her reality so they can in turn view it from a distance and re-examine their world from a different point of view.

I am a strong believer that one of the many roles of an artist is to bring the viewer outside of their everyday world by either creating new ideas or concepts for the viewer to climb into or by putting the viewer into the artists life by creating work that discusses the life of the artist.

To create my work, I have been known to use a combination of identity art that talks about my life as a person with a disability, complex rules and regulations for either myself or others to construct a work by and/or purposely absurd works that remove the viewer from reality.
